The style breakdown of what she is wearing is in Japanese characters and the babelfish translations are hilarious, and not helpful. I think the dress is Junya Watanabe, the tights and shoes were both purchased in Paris, and the sunglasses are from "auction." Now this might be japanese ebay or maybe a shop name "Auction" or maybe at a real live auction.
Regardless of where they are from, her sunglasses are totally out of this world. Sure they might be a bit much and not practical, but very visionary and really something wild that works (in my mind).
