Here is a way to wear a high collar without flipping up a standard blazer... the Nehru Jacket. Named for Jawaharlal Nehru, the first and longest serving prime minister of India. Apparently the dude had awesome style. This is the inspiration for the modern version.

Here is a modern DIY Nehru inspired Jacket. The blue is a bit much but it fits perfectly.
I like the buttoned up look. While I've been to most of the thrift stores in Indianapolis, there is still a chance one is hiding from me... I'll find you... I'll find you.
