This dude was awesome. He was THE modern italian businessman. he was incredibly wealthy and totally sweet. here is his nytimes obit. he was known as a man of incredible taste and fashion. he achieved this by doing things in a very different and nuanced way. that is what B&N is all about.

his tie purposefully put to the side. and his watch over the buttoned sleeve. i'm going to try my tie to the side tomorrow, but everyone will assume i didn't look in the mirror before i left home. i'm sure that his watch is a patek philippe so until i bump up my wristwatch game i'll leave mine under my shirt.
